The Freedom of letting go.
As human beings we tend to put ourselves through enough. We hold on to a lot of pain from the past which stops us from growing and being free. Life can actually be very beautiful, if you allow it to be. Practicing the law of attraction gets a bit more simple and will become more of a standard way of living when you simply allow yourself to let go.
Dealing with these negative emotions
Most of the common triggers that we have to bring up negative emotions:
- Money issues
- Relationship troubles
- Grief
- Trauma
While reading the Greatest Secret by Rhonda Byne I had learnt that we are simply awareness, a word that comes up a lot in this book. Awareness is pretty much another word for soul. The body that we are in is basically just a host that holds our souls. The body is a tool for our souls to learn, bringing what we learn in this lifetime into our next. So think about it, we are not our bodies and we are not our emotions we are just in a state of being (awareness).
There is a reason why negative emotions or harsh memories come up, this is mainly for healing. When you feel something coming up just be aware of it, acknowledge it and simply just wave it away. This will not be easy at first and you will likely dwell on it for a bit, but with just enough practice you will get there. Give it a bit of time and the more times that you do this the easier it will start to feel.
By letting go of all the unwanted baggage, we will then enable ourselves for more positive to come into our lives. When we say to ourselves "No! I don't want that!" your focus is set on not wanting it, so guess what? The universe will respond and give you what your mind is set on.
Let your focus settle on something about yourself that is very uplifting, something that you are very much proud of. Write it down and keep your gratitude's going!
